Yang-en university was founded by Yang En Foundation, patriotic overseas Chinese Mr. Wu Qingxing and his family. 1987. It is a full-time ordinary college approved by the State Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education) and the first private university in China with the qualification of issuing national undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree. The school is located in the northern suburb of Quanzhou, a famous historical and cultural city in Fujian Province, the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road. The school covers an area of more than 2000 mu, and the campus is surrounded by mountains and waters with beautiful scenery.
