The purpose of the entrance examination is to understand the level of freshmen, so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude. After the English test, there will be classes in different grades, and the teaching progress, difficulty and schedule of different grades are different. Take English as an example. A-level students can apply for Band 4 in the first semester of freshman year, while B-level and C-level students have to wait until next semester or even sophomore year. Some universities can get credits directly without going to the next English class as long as they pass CET-4. Students can use this time to take CET-6 and get elective credits.
