Hunan international economics university, located in Changsha, Hunan Province, is a private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Formerly known as Xiangnan University of Arts and Sciences, the College was founded in 1997 and renamed hunan international economics university in 1998. In 2005, with the approval of the Ministry of Education and the Hunan Provincial People's Government, the college was upgraded to an undergraduate college.
