1. Wenzhou University (hereinafter referred to as "WZU"), located in Wenzhou Higher Education Park, Zhejiang Province, is a full-time ordinary college organized by Wenzhou Municipal People's Government.

2. Wenzhou Medical College, located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is an ordinary institution of higher learning with multi-disciplinary development and mainly medical disciplines. It was selected as the implementing agency of the National Study Abroad Fund "Young Key Teachers' Study Abroad Program" and the first batch of construction units of "Zhejiang University with International Characteristics".
