Introduction to Lincang:
Lincang, called Mianning in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Yunnan Province. Named for its proximity to the Lancang River. Located in the southwest of China, on the banks of Lancang River, and in the southwest of Yunnan Province. There are many ethnic groups in Lincang, among which the Wa nationality accounts for two-thirds of the total population of the Wa nationality in China. In addition, there are 23 ethnic minorities living in Wa, Dai, Lahu, Bulang, De 'ang, Yi and Jingpo.
Lincang is a gathering place of Wa culture in China, the world-famous hometown of "Dianhong", one of the world's tea producing areas, and the famous hometown of walnuts in China.
