In the next semester of the 20 14-20 15 school year, we conducted a two-week metalworking practice in the training center of the old campus. During this period, I was exposed to the basic operation skills and safety technology courses of fitters and welders. Learn a new technology every week, and you can complete the process from knowing nothing about all kinds of work to making one or two finished products in a few days of internship. With the patient and meticulous teaching of teachers and our active cooperation, we did not have an injury accident, basically met the expected internship requirements and successfully completed the two-week internship.

During the internship, we made our own handicrafts by learning from fitters and welders. The fitter is the hardest and the fitter is the most tiring. The fitter mainly relies on manual operation and uses various tools to complete the processing, assembly and repair of parts. Compared with machining, it has high labor intensity and low production efficiency, but it can complete the work that machining is inconvenient or difficult to complete, and the equipment is simple, so it is still an indispensable and important type of work in mechanical manufacturing and repair. In the fitter's practice, we know that the fitter's main contents are drilling, tapping, sawing and filing, the structure, classification, filing posture, filing method and quality inspection of the file, and the position and important role of the fitter in machine manufacturing and equipment maintenance.

The fitter's factory equipment is relatively simple, because most of them are manual labor. On this day, we will make a 36mm nut in order to familiarize us with the basic work operation of locksmith and exercise our hands-on ability and will. From breaking the iron plate to filing the parallel surface, from punching to screwing, it is not an easy job. Just watching the teacher's demonstration, we were all dumbfounded. Is it possible? Is it necessary to stage a modern version of the iron pestle grinding into a needle?

Because of the time, the teacher didn't say much, but introduced the usage of vice, file and saw. Then let's process a nut with a diameter of 36mm with iron plate, smooth the six surfaces of the nut with a file, drill holes, and finally make six chamfers. After listening, my heart thumped. How long does it take for an iron plate to be processed into nuts? First, clamp the iron plate under a section with a long diameter with a hand saw. According to Ytier, it is not easy. It is necessary to master certain methods. Hold the handle in your right hand and the bow in your left. Thrust and pressure are mainly controlled by the right hand. Pay attention to the pressure on your left hand. The standing posture is that the right front part of the body forms an angle of about 45 degrees with the center line of the vice, the right foot forms an angle of 75 degrees with the center line of the vice, and the left foot forms an angle of 30 degrees with the center line of the vice. Only by using the correct method can we save manpower and improve efficiency. Then draw the size of the nut with a ruler, and finally finalize the nut. After the document is finished, it is followed by six sides. It is not easy to flatten the uneven side. We also need to master the correct methods. The key is to keep the file moving horizontally, which can be achieved by gradually adjusting the pressure of both hands during cutting. In the process of cutting, it is necessary to check whether it is flattened with a square ruler from time to time. After the defeat, I went on to defeat other parties and worked for more than three hours. Finally, six sloppy ones were dealt with. The next step is drilling and tapping, which is not an easy job! Everything should be done carefully according to the steps, and in the end, there are many good things to grind! A few days later, although many students had blisters on their hands and felt sore all over, it was the first time for everyone to see the finished products made in the factory, and they were overjoyed and had a great sense of accomplishment.

Metalworking practice plays a comprehensive training role in cultivating our engineering quality and ability, which requires us not only to learn the basic process knowledge of each type of work, understand the equipment principle and working process, but also to strengthen the training of practical ability, and to have the ability to analyze and solve simple process problems by using the learned process knowledge.

(3) In the whole practice process, we have strict discipline requirements, formulated the rules for students' practice, and strengthened the requirements of filling in the practice report, cleaning the work site, and observing the safety operation rules of work types, which has played a good role in promoting the cultivation of students' comprehensive engineering quality.

(4) The teacher of the training center announced the grading standards of our processed products to us, which made us have a clear understanding of our own product grading and played a certain role in improving our quality awareness. For our metalworking practice results, a comprehensive evaluation system is implemented, and the usual results+product quality results+comprehensive assessment results = total results. Let us take every job and every practice link seriously.

During my internship, I was deeply touched. Thank you very much for providing us with this internship opportunity, so that we can experience the difficulty of studying engineering in advance and gain knowledge that we can't get in class and can't expect. Maybe we won't take this post in the future, but the knowledge and feelings we have learned now are unforgettable. It's dirty and tired, but it doesn't matter. The important thing is that we have achieved and achieved results. The two-week metalworking practice brings us not only the operational skills we are exposed to, but also the ability we need to exercise through several types of work. More importantly, we need each of us to feel, reflect, work hard, encourage ourselves and gain something after practice, so that this practice can achieve the real goal.
