1, Xiamen Ocean Vocational and Technical College

Xiamen Ocean Vocational College (XMOC) is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college organized by the Fujian Provincial People's Government, and it is the construction unit of Fujian Province's demonstration higher vocational colleges, Fujian Province's innovation and entrepreneurship education demonstration colleges and demonstration modern vocational colleges.

Xiamen Ocean Vocational and Technical College was founded by Mr. Chen Jiageng on 1920, and has gone through the stages of running schools, such as Jimei School Fisheries Department, Jimei Advanced Fisheries Navigation School, Jimei Fisheries College and Fujian Jimei Fisheries School. Approved by Fujian Provincial People's Government in 2003, it was upgraded to Xiamen Marine Vocational and Technical College.

Fujian Shipping and Transportation Vocational College, located in Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, is a provincial public higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is one of the first batch of 28 national demonstration higher vocational colleges and the second batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot units.

The earliest predecessor school of the College is Fujian Ship Administration School, the first government-run higher industrial school in modern China, which was founded in 1866. The school was founded by Fuzhou Amateur University established by 1958, Fuzhou Workers Amateur University established by 1959 and Fuzhou Radio and TV University established by 1979.
