As Party B just graduated from school and wants to learn relevant knowledge, I hereby apply to study in Party A's company. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, both parties have reached the following agreement for mutual compliance.

● All work must be carried out under the guidance of the instructor, and no business activities can be carried out on behalf of the company;

● During the study period, if Party B needs to terminate the study agreement in advance, it shall submit an application one week in advance and handle the corresponding handover;

● Party B must keep confidential the business secrets of Party A's company that it came into contact with during the study period, that is, Party B shall not disclose any information of Party A's company to a third party without Party A's permission. .

8. During the study period, Party B has the right to request to change the study post, but it needs the prior consent of Party A, and Party A will re-appoint the instructor and sign another relevant agreement.

Nine. If there are any matters not covered in this contract, both parties shall settle them through friendly negotiation.
