The architecture major of Shandong Jianzhu University is the key discipline in the 11th Five-Year Plan and the 12th Five-Year Plan, the first batch of first-class disciplines in the 13th Five-Year Plan, the first batch of high-level disciplines in the 14th Five-Year Plan, the specialty with national characteristics and the first batch of first-class majors. It is the only institution in the province that has passed the six-year professional evaluation of undergraduate and graduate students.

In recent five years, architecture has been ranked 5th-6th in Shanghai Soft Science for three consecutive years, 6th in China and 1st in the region for two consecutive years in Alumni Association.
