1976, Sa Beining was born in Zhanjiang, Guangdong. His parents are both soldiers. He worked in literature and art in the army and was influenced by art since childhood. He likes talking since he was a child. His parents jumped ship and returned to Wuhan, Hubei Province in the second grade of primary school. After a casual speech contest, he later went to the city, the province and the third year of high school. Sa Beining was lucky enough to attend a lecture in Peking University. Three months before the college entrance examination, he received the admission notice from Peking University.

Sophomore engaged in drama club to shoot TV series and won the second prize of CCTV's "Ideal Cup". As the head of the choir, the junior led a team to Spain and won the first place in the international competition, and the senior was sent to graduate school.
