Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the development of party member. Conscientiously implement the guiding ideology and policy of developing party member, strictly control the quality of developing party member, always put political standards in the first place, guide and review the development process and archival materials, and ensure the quality of developing party member.
2, responsible for the supervision and service of education management in party member. Establish and implement a long-term education mechanism in party member, and organize party member to participate in centralized education within the party; Improve the inner-party care and assistance mechanism and do a good job in in-depth and meticulous ideological and political work; Improve the effective management and supervision mechanism of party member under the new situation, and do a good job in daily party affairs such as internal party appraisal and commendation, organizational relationship management, party dues collection, data and information statistics, political appraisal, organization and disposal.
3. Assist in the construction of grass-roots organizations. Efforts should be made to enhance organizational strength, highlight political functions, organize grass-roots party organizations to implement various systems such as "three sessions and one lesson", organizing life meetings and democratic life meetings, democratic appraisal of party member, and heart-to-heart talks, guide the standardization of party branches, and assist in the work of party organization change.
4, complete other tasks assigned by the higher party organizations.
Organizers are party workers who specialize in party member's development, party member's education management, coordinating the relationship between higher and lower party organizations, and guiding lower party organizations to carry out organizational work.
