Teacher Xing graduated from the Department of Mathematics in Peking University, and was the top student in Shandong College Entrance Examination. 1995 joined Huawei and worked for Huawei 18. He used to be director of production planning department, vice president of supply chain management department, vice president of business process and IT management department, member of company planning committee, and president of enterprise planning department (EPU).

During my work in the company, I served as the person in charge of integrated supply chain (ISC) management change project, the person in charge of global supply chain system construction project, and the director of the company change project management office. I am responsible for the company's business process system management, IT system planning and implementation, as well as the introduction and implementation of Mercer and IBM strategic management methods.
