Huainan Teachers College, affiliated to Anhui Provincial People's Government, is a provincial full-time undergraduate college covering 9 disciplines, including education, literature, science, engineering, economy, management, art, law and agriculture.

The school was founded on 1958. In 2000, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Huainan Teachers College, Huainan Education College and Huainan Teachers College merged to form Huainan Teachers College.
