Article 3 Our school is a full-time comprehensive public provincial key university organized by Sichuan Provincial People's Government. The school is an ordinary institution of higher learning which focuses on undergraduate education and postgraduate education.
Article 4 Undergraduate graduates of general higher education in our school who have completed the courses listed in the teaching plan and passed the examination (assessment) will be awarded the graduation certificate of Sichuan Normal University by Sichuan Normal University, and the undergraduate graduates will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate after being examined and approved by academic degree evaluation committee of our school.

Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 6 A school shall set up an Admissions Committee to be responsible for and supervise the enrollment of undergraduate students in ordinary colleges and universities. The Admissions Committee consists of school leaders, heads of relevant functional departments of the school, representatives of teachers, alumni and students. The director is the principal of the school, and the deputy director is the school leader in charge of the discipline inspection commission and enrollment.
Seventh schools set up a leading group for enrollment, specifically responsible for and coordinating the enrollment of undergraduate students in ordinary colleges and universities. The enrollment leading group consists of the school leaders in charge of enrollment and the principal responsible persons of relevant functional departments of the school. The group leader is the school leader in charge of enrollment.
Article 8 The School Admissions and Employment Department is the functional department that organizes and implements the undergraduate enrollment of general higher education in schools, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment of general higher education in schools.
Article 9 A school shall set up a petition reception group for enrollment and disciplinary reports, which shall be composed of the heads of the Disciplinary Committee Office and other relevant functional departments. Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 11 The enrollment plan for each major of the school shall be formulated according to the needs of social talents, the development plan of the school and the conditions for running the school. The Admissions and Employment Office puts forward a plan, which is submitted to the principal's office for examination and approval, and implemented after being approved by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education.
Article 12 The formulation of a school's provincial source plan is based on the demand for professional talents in the province (city, autonomous region) where the students are located. It is approved by the school principal's office, approved by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, and implemented after being reported to the Ministry of Education for approval.

Article 14 According to the relevant provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in 20021year, our school can reserve a small number of undergraduate programs in this year's enrollment plan to adjust the imbalance of students in various provinces (cities, autonomous regions). The decision on the use and delivery of the reserved enrollment plan of our university is made in batches in the "information exchange" and "before filing" of the relevant provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), and the use will be announced on the undergraduate enrollment information network of our university in time.
Chapter IV Admission
Fifteenth schools in the enrollment work to implement the provisions of the Ministry of Education, "the school is responsible for the supervision of the provincial admissions department" enrollment system, and is responsible for handling related issues in accordance with the enrollment policy of the year.
Sixteenth provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) allow schools to choose the proportion of candidates' files, and the proportion of candidates' files in our school is 100%. Among them, the vacancies in the enrollment plan that occur when candidates' professional volunteers cannot be met are all used to openly solicit candidates' volunteers.
Article 17 Schools shall strictly implement the policy of "adding extra points for investment" formulated by all provinces (cities, autonomous regions) to encourage candidates to develop morally, intellectually and physically, and take the investment results as the main basis for admission and professional arrangement.
Article 18 The product design major (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) only recruits English language candidates, and our school does not restrict the language in which candidates take foreign language examinations. But in principle, English is the teaching language of College Foreign Languages, a compulsory course for freshmen.
Nineteenth schools strictly implement the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities". Among them, candidates who cannot take care of themselves or complete their studies normally due to their physical health will not be admitted. At the same time, candidates with obvious physical disabilities or language barriers cannot apply for related majors that may be engaged in teaching after graduation in principle.
Article 20 Except for the circumstances stipulated in the document "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" (No.3 [2003] of UNESCO), the height admission requirements for male and female majors in our school are as follows: the height of male students majoring in dance is not less than 1.73m, and that of female students is not less than1.63m; The height of male students majoring in physical education, social sports guidance and management is not less than 1.65m, and that of female students is not less than1.55m; The height of male students majoring in broadcasting and hosting art is not less than 1.70m, and that of female students is not less than1.60m. ..

Twenty-second general professional admission principles:
1. On the grade difference of professional volunteers: when the school arranges majors, there is no professional grade difference. According to the candidate's "score line" and professional volunteers, the candidates are selected according to the "score line". Candidates can refer to the admission scores of various majors in the school in recent years when filling in their professional volunteers, and choose their majors reasonably and orderly in combination with their scores and hobbies.
When the candidates' professional volunteers are not satisfied, if the candidates obey the professional deployment, the school will assign them to other under-qualified majors according to the actual situation of the candidates, but the priority of the deployment volunteers is lower than that of the non-deployment volunteers. If candidates do not obey the professional deployment, our school will not file.
2. For the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) that have implemented the "examination enrollment system reform", candidates who file in our school according to the requirements of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) will be admitted in turn according to the implementation opinions of the enrollment work of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where the students are located.
Twenty-third sports art professional examination results and admission principles.
1. The admission principles of eight undergraduate majors, including art, painting, visual communication design, environmental design, digital media art, clothing and costume design, product design, drama, film and television art design, are based on candidates' ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination. Candidates' scores in the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and in the professional examinations of art design have reached the lowest control score of the undergraduate level of art in this province (city and autonomous region) and Sichuan candidates' cultural examination scores need to be 50 points higher than that of Sichuan fine arts and design candidates (except for the two Sino-foreign cooperative school projects of product design and painting with separate school codes and public-funded normal students). Candidates admitted to our school are selected according to the professional examination scores, and the professional examination scores are excellent.
2. The admission principle of three undergraduate majors, namely, radio and television director, drama film director and drama film literature, is based on the candidates' ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, and the candidates' scores in the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the scores in the professional examination for directors have reached the minimum control score of the undergraduate level of art in the province (city, autonomous region) where the students are located. Candidates who file in our school according to the scores of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where the students are located will be admitted according to the results of cultural examinations. When the cultural test scores are the same, the order shall be determined according to the professional test, Chinese, foreign language, comprehensive and mathematics scores.
3. The admission principle of the two undergraduate majors of sports and social sports guidance and management is based on the examination of candidates' ideological and political morality and physical health examination. Candidates' scores in the "National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and the scores in the physical education professional examinations have reached the lowest control score of the undergraduate level of physical education major in the province (city, autonomous region) where the students come from, and the scores of Sichuan candidates' cultural examinations must be 50 points higher than those of Sichuan sports candidates' provincial minimum admission control line cultural examinations (except for normal students at public expense). Our school will select candidates according to the results of professional examinations.
4. The admission principle of broadcasting and hosting art major is based on the candidates' ideological and political morality and physical health. Candidates' scores in the "National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and in the professional examination of broadcasting and hosting have reached the minimum control score of the undergraduate level of art in the province (city, autonomous region) where the students are located, and the scores of Sichuan candidates' cultural examination should be 20 points higher than those of Sichuan broadcasting and hosting candidates' provincial control line cultural examination. Candidates in our school will be admitted according to the scores of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where the students are located, and will be selected according to the professional examination results. When the professional examination results are the same, they will be admitted according to culture.
5. The admission principle of the product design (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) major is that, on the basis of ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, the candidates' scores in the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the scores in the art design professional examination all reach the minimum control score of the art undergraduate level in the province (city, autonomous region) where the students are located, and the scores in the Sichuan candidates' cultural examination are not less than 90. Candidates who file in our school according to the scores of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where the students are located will be selected on the basis of their professional test results. When the professional test scores are the same, the order shall be determined according to the cultural test scores, Chinese, foreign languages, comprehensive and mathematics scores.
6. The admission principle of calligraphy major is that, on the basis of ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination of candidates, candidates' scores in the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the scores in the calligraphy major examination reach the lowest control score line of the art undergraduate level in the province (city, autonomous region) where the students are located, and the scores of Sichuan candidates' cultural examination must reach the second batch of admission control scores of ordinary undergraduates of the same subject. Candidates who file in our school according to the scores of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where the students are located will be selected on the basis of their professional test results. When the professional test scores are the same, the order shall be determined according to the cultural test scores, Chinese, foreign languages, comprehensive and mathematics scores.
7. The admission principle of other art majors is that, on the basis of the candidates' ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, the candidates' scores in the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and their scores in art majors reach the minimum control score of the undergraduate level of art majors in the province (city, autonomous region) where the students are located, and the candidates in our school are admitted according to the professional examination scores. When the professional examination scores are the same, they are admitted according to the cultural examination scores in turn.
8. Provinces (cities, autonomous regions) whose enrollment of sports and art majors exceeds the planned number should determine the proportion of consulting candidates' files according to the students' situation, which is 100%.
9. When the candidates' professional aspirations cannot be met, the distribution principle of sports and art majors is the same as that of general majors, and they will be assigned to other similar majors that have not yet reached the full quota.
Article 24 After the freshmen enter the school, the school will conduct a comprehensive review of the admission procedures, admission qualifications, identity certificates, physical and mental health status and cultural (including sports and art candidates) examination results within 3 months. Those who are confirmed to be unqualified after review will be dealt with according to the relevant enrollment regulations according to different situations until the admission qualification is cancelled.
Chapter V Admissions Staff
Twenty-fifth schools send professional teachers or cadres with good political and ideological quality and strong professional ability to participate in enrollment publicity and admission work, and do not entrust any intermediary agencies or other individuals to participate in enrollment work.

Chapter VI Charging Standards and Others
Twenty-seventh students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education on the pilot reform of credit system fees in ordinary colleges and universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004]118). Service fees and agency fees are charged according to the principle of students' voluntariness and non-profit.
Article 28 In order to ensure that students from poor families can successfully complete their studies, our school has formed a financial aid system for students from poor families, with student loans as the basic channel, scholarships (grants) as the incentive (help) mode, work-study as the important means, difficult subsidies as the auxiliary measures, and comprehensive insurance for students as a series of guarantees. Students with special financial difficulties can relieve their financial pressure and complete their studies by applying for student loans.
