Which is better, HKU or Peking University?
Peking University is better.

First of all, in terms of international popularity, there are several streets in northern Qing Dynasty.

In the ranking of USNews global universities in 20 19, Tsinghua University ranked among the top 50 universities in the world, Peking University ranked 68th in the world, and Hong Kong University ranked103rd in the world, but compared with Qingbei, this ranking was separated by several blocks.

At the same time, what kind of university do mainlanders most yearn for their children to enter? Besides Tsinghua, it is Peking University. As for the University of Hong Kong, it is a relatively strange university for many mainlanders.

Secondly, mainland students do not welcome HKU's "local" Hong Kong students.

Hong Kong's "local" college students-the relationship between Hong Kong students and mainland college students is not as harmonious as we thought, and the saying that "a university degree gives priority to Hong Kong people" is nothing new in HKU.

At the same time, mainland college students want to be members of HKU Student Union, and some mainland college students say it is more difficult than entering HKU. Because in HKU, it is quite common for Hong Kong students to look at mainland college students with "colored glasses". It is not uncommon for students' union to discriminate against and denounce mainland students from time to time.

According to mainland college students studying in HKU, for mainland college students, there is a feeling of being a stranger in HKU. While mainland college students study in Qingbei, they don't feel so embarrassed.

On the one hand, mainland college students can worship their ancestors when studying in northern Qing Dynasty. After all, the popularity of Qingbei in China is in full swing. On the other hand, in the learning atmosphere, I will not be discriminated against by others, at least in terms of physical and mental safety.

Third, the future development prospect of HKU is not as good as that of Qingbei, and it may even be caught up by other mainland universities.

Although HKU is a relatively "freedom-oriented" university on the surface, most Hong Kong students are hidebound in their bones: some simply look down on mainland students, and those who scoff at it fail to see the rapid development of many universities in the Mainland, and even indulge in a self-righteous sense of superiority.

In recent years, the comprehensive strength of Qingbei is far from that of HKU, so the top 985 universities in China, such as Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Zhejiang University, are about to "overtake in corners". In the near future, the comprehensive strength of these universities will certainly catch up with the University of Hong Kong.
