How to write college students' employment resume?

Let me tell you something about what a general campus recruitment company is looking for. Four points: professional foundation, ability, potential and attitude. Professional foundation is the most important.

B, ability, is the level of your problem solving; Not only at work, in your life, in your college study;

C, the potential is to see whether you have a certain understanding of an industry, which can also be called talent;

D, attitude, is to examine whether you are positive, whether you work hard, whether you have your own ideas and pursuits. Did you try to draw something on your own white paper when you were a student?

For example, some people have been starting businesses in universities, or insist on learning English to win XXX prizes and so on. Such people will be appreciated because they pursue progress!

Then our resume should focus on these four points. In short, our resumes need to tell others that we are excellent in these four aspects. There is no written evidence, but also practical cases to demonstrate.

We should carefully explore the four years' experience in college as the material of our resume, and let them become strong evidence to show our ability. The materials with the highest gold content are nothing more than projects/internships, core student work and top-notch academic achievements (scholarship certificates).

When picking up the materials, you should point to the theme, that is, explain your professional foundation, ability, potential and attitude through your listed experiences.

I want to mention the project/internship experience here. Most students will lack project experience, so many freshmen will choose to practice in college to increase project experience and their resumes will look better.

The main purpose of internship is to get in touch with the project on the spot and accumulate professional foundation. Because it is a professional foundation, internship experience needs to fit the post as much as possible, so that it will have gold content.

Generally speaking, college students usually encounter two types of enterprises when looking for internships:

One is to simply ask cheap labor to do odd jobs for the company and leave after the job. This kind of company internship is not recommended, and what you can learn is extremely limited;

The other is that enterprises really want to train fresh graduates and recruit you in advance so that you can be used by the company when you graduate. Everyone should give priority to this kind of company.

I want to remind everyone that no matter where you practice, you must be prepared for long-term development in the company, so that the company is willing to train you and teach you something.

2. Resume writing skills

A, the resume content is not much, not bad!

Resumes are forbidden to write a lot of mundane things, and the time for HR to screen resumes is calculated in seconds, so our resumes need to catch HR's eye in just a few seconds. Put the best things in the most conspicuous place! !

Resume taboo flashy, concise and comfortable is the best, if you are HR, reading so many resumes a day is definitely visual fatigue, at this time you also see a flashy resume, I don't know how you feel;

B. The content of your resume can determine the content of your interview and learn to guide the interviewer.

First of all, the interviewer's questions are based on your resume, so we need to know every word of your resume like the back of our hand.

If you think you are confident in something, or you want the interviewer to see it, you should also stand out in your resume, put it in front or bold, and guide the interviewer to ask you these questions.

C, speak with data
