Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of colleges and universities, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and standardize enrollment behavior, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Provisions of the Ministry of Education on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and the relevant regulations of Guizhou Province, combined with the actual work of the College of Science and Technology of Guizhou University.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the undergraduate enrollment work of College of Science and Technology of Guizhou University in 2020.

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 9 The College shall set up an enrollment work leading group (under the Admissions Office) composed of college leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on enrollment work, formulating enrollment regulations, enrollment regulations and implementation rules, determining enrollment scale and adjusting discipline enrollment plans, leading and supervising the specific implementation of enrollment work, and coordinating and handling major issues in enrollment work.

Article 10 The Admissions Office is the executive body of the leading group for college admissions. Its main responsibilities are to formulate enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and enrollment work, and handle the daily affairs of ordinary full-time undergraduate enrollment according to the enrollment regulations and implementation rules of the college.

Article 11 The College shall set up an enrollment supervision group composed of the college leaders and the heads of discipline inspection and supervision to supervise the enrollment work. During the admission period, a petition team will be set up to arrange a special person to be responsible for the petition, appeal and complaint handling of candidates.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Admission Batch

Article 12 According to the enrollment plan approved by the Education Department of Guizhou Province, the college enrolls students in 15 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). In 2020, the undergraduate enrollment plan 10 will be reserved for eligible transfer enrollment in parallel volunteer. The college enrollment plan, enrollment batches and related requirements shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial enrollment examination institutions in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the students were born.

Thirteenth in the process of admission, if the number of applicants in each major is unbalanced, the college can adjust the enrollment plan appropriately among the majors under the coordination of the provincial enrollment examination institutions where the students are located.

Chapter V Admission Rules

Article 14 The college shall determine the enrollment ratio according to the situation of students in each province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government), and the enrollment ratio shall generally be within 1.20% of the enrollment plan. The college takes the electronic file information of candidates provided by the admission examination institutions of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) as the enrollment basis.

Fifteenth according to the candidates' voluntary admission from high score to low score, there is no scoring requirement for the results of non-first-choice candidates.

Sixteenth candidates who enter the archives, according to the principle of "voluntary priority", determine the major from high score to low score. If the professional plan is full, candidates can't enroll in the first major, and they will be selected according to their second and third professional wishes. When the candidates' professional volunteers are not admitted, they will be transferred to the majors that have not been filled in and the school has not fully accepted them. If they do not obey the professional adjustment and voluntarily give up their admission qualifications, the school will dismiss them.

Seventeenth provinces that implement the parallel volunteer bidding model, but fail to complete the plan after the first round of bidding, accept the candidates who volunteer to bid.

Article 18 In the provinces where parallel volunteer has not been put into practice, according to the rules of Shengyuan Province, our college will give priority to the candidates with the first choice. If the number of candidates with the first choice is insufficient, the second, third … and volunteer candidates will be admitted in turn.

Nineteenth in the voluntary priority from high to low, candidates with the same total score in the college entrance examination, according to the candidates' total scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in the college entrance examination, from high to low; If you encounter the same score again, you will be sorted from high to low according to the comprehensive scores of candidates' literature (science); If you still get the same score according to the above method, you will be sorted according to the order of Chinese and math scores.

When the professional scores of art candidates are the same, they will be selected in the order from high to low.

When recruiting college students, the candidates' cultural achievements must reach the qualified score line of the whole province, and the professional test scores shall not be less than 40 points. On the premise of qualified cultural achievements and professional achievements, according to the principle of "voluntary priority", the students will be selected according to the sum of their cultural achievements and professional achievements (hereinafter referred to as "total score") from high to low. The total score is the same, according to the cultural test scores from high to low; If the scores in the cultural examination are the same again, they will be sorted from high to low in mathematics (Chinese).

Twentieth special types of professional enrollment.

1, art major enrollment. Admission is made according to the admission principles published in the admissions brochure published by the college.

2. Enrollment of ethnic minority preparatory classes. Only the minority candidates in this province are recruited. Ethnic preparatory classes are one-year preparatory classes. After finishing the preparatory class in Guizhou University for one year, I transferred to the corresponding major of the college to enter the undergraduate stage after passing the examination.

3. Enrollment from junior college to undergraduate major. According to the situation of candidates' students, the college will adjust the professional plan with insufficient students according to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Education and the Admissions Examination Institute. The enrollment plan and major are subject to the enrollment brochure published by the college.

Article 21 There is no limit to the proportion of male and female students enrolled.

Article 22 Language requirements: There is no limit to the language, but English will be used as the public foreign language teaching language for freshmen.

Article 23 Physical health requirements: It shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and relevant supplementary regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.

Twenty-fourth candidates who enjoy the bonus policy shall be identified in accordance with the bonus provisions announced by the admissions offices of various provinces (cities, districts).

Chapter VI Charging Standards, Incentives and Subsidies

Twenty-fifth tuition fees shall be implemented in accordance with the items and standards of tuition and accommodation fees approved by the competent price department of Guizhou Province.

Tuition standard (yuan/year): 12000.

Accommodation standard (yuan/year): 900, 1000, 1 100.

The college has a student financial aid system of "award, assistance, diligence, loan and exemption", and anyone who meets the relevant conditions can apply for registration. Students from poor families can apply for student-origin loan at the local student financial aid center. For the poor students in Guizhou Province who set up their cards in rural areas, the school will first reduce the tuition fee by 3,830 yuan according to the prescribed standards.

Article 26 The College shall set up scholarships for outstanding students, professional competitions, scientific and technological innovation, literature and art sports, postgraduate entrance examination and excellent team awards for outstanding students. In addition, students can also get national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and national grants.

Chapter VII Graduation (Degree) Certificate

Article 27 Graduation certificate: After completing the contents specified in the teaching plan and meeting the graduation requirements within the specified years, the graduation certificate of Guizhou University College of Science and Technology recognized by the state and electronically registered by the Ministry of Education will be issued and stamped with the official seal. The certificate type is full-time graduation certificate of ordinary colleges and universities. Graduates who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded bachelor's degrees and degree certificates by the College of Science and Technology of Guizhou University.
