First, undergraduate course
Students applying for undergraduate courses at Busan University and their parents are not foreigners with Korean nationality. The undergraduate course of Busan University requires students to graduate from high school or to graduate from high school soon. If you want to study Korean TOPIK at Busan University, you need to pass Grade 3, or you need to complete the Korean course at the Language Institute of Busan University. For the third-year undergraduate students of Busan University, they need to reach CET-4, or they need to complete the Korean course of CET-4 of the Language Institute of Busan University, or they need to get an IELTS score of 5.5 or above. Students who have completed three years of junior college in China or two years in China and obtained more than half of the credits can go to Busan University for junior year. If you want to enter the pre-medical college of Busan University, freshmen need to get a TOPIK grade in Korean within one year, otherwise they will not be able to enter the second-year undergraduate course of Busan University. If you are studying English teaching at Busan University, you need a TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 5.5 or TEPS score of 550 or above. The undergraduate course of Busan University does not require students to score in the national college entrance examination, but requires students to pass the exam in their sophomore year.
Second, graduate students.
Postgraduates at Busan University are not required to graduate from regular schools, but they must also have valid certificates. Students who have graduated from a school with a bachelor's degree of 2 1 1/985 are preferred. Students and parents who go to Busan University for postgraduate study must not be foreigners of Korean nationality. In addition, the average score of undergraduate students is not less than 75 points, which should be ranked in 20% of the whole grade. The requirement for students' Korean is that TOPIK has passed Grade 4 or above, or has obtained a certificate of Grade 4 or above in the Language College of Busan University. If they want to apply for English teaching courses at Busan University, they need TOEFL 550 or IELTS 5.5, TEPS 550 or TOEFL 675 or above. When applying for a master's degree in Busan University, you can apply for a major unrelated to the undergraduate major.
