Assess knowledge and requirements
1) Basic knowledge of Chinese.
1. Understand the phenomenon of polysemy in classical Chinese, and understand the differences between ancient and modern meanings of notional words in classical Chinese. Master the different usages of classical Chinese words that are still fresh in modern Chinese. Identify common interchangeable words and ancient and modern words in classical Chinese and understand their meanings.
2. Understand the different meanings and usages of common classical Chinese function words such as "Zhi, Qi, Zhe, Suo, Ze, Er, Yu, Yi, Qi and Nai" in different language environments.
3. Understand the grammatical phenomena and sentence patterns in classical Chinese that are different from modern Chinese, such as causative usage, intentional usage, nouns as adverbials, nouns as verbs, judgments, passive sentences, inverted sentences, etc. And translate it correctly into modern Chinese sentence patterns.
4. Understand figures of speech such as metaphor, analogy, duality, parallelism, exaggeration, layering, repetition, rhetorical question and rhetorical question and their usage.
5. Understand the difficult words in modern texts and master modern and stable grammar knowledge.
2) Basic knowledge of literature
1. Understand the author's name, font size, dynasty or country, names of representative works and collections, literary opinions, literary achievements and other important contributions in the textbook.
2. Memorize the famous sentences in the assigned article.
3. Understand the ancient and modern stylistic knowledge involved in the textbook.
4. Understand all kinds of literary schools and literary phenomena involved in textbooks.
5. Understand the cultural knowledge involved in the textbook.
3) reading
Reading textbooks are selected from materials or texts other than textbooks.
1. Understand the background of the times and social life reflected in the works.
2. Analyze the structure, genre characteristics and main expression techniques of the works.
3. Appreciate the literary image in the works and taste the language and aesthetic style of the works.
4. Summarize the theme of the work, understand the emotion of the work and understand the ideological significance of the work.
4) Writing
Master the writing knowledge of common styles, and be able to write argumentative, narrative, expository and other articles of not less than 800 words according to given topics or materials. It requires clear center, healthy thinking, substantial content, complete structure, clear organization, fluent sentences and correct punctuation.
