Papua New Guinea has a land area of 462,840 square kilometers, a coastline of 8,300 kilometers, and a water area of 2.4 million square kilometers (20 13) including the exclusive economic zone of 200 nautical miles. There are more than 600 islands in the whole territory. These islands are mountainous, with many volcanoes and frequent earthquakes. Include eastern New Guinea (Irian Island), New England Island, New Ireland Island, Manasseh Island, bougainville island Island and Buka Island. There are mainly the following ports in Papua New Guinea: Vanimo in Vanimo, Omda in Omda, Samara'I in Samale, Morosoby in port moresby, ORO Bay in Oro, Morobe in port moresby and port moresby, all of which are relatively important ports in this country.
