First, the conditions for college graduates to apply for "village officials".
According to the regulations of the relevant departments of the central government, the selection targets are full-time college graduates under the age of 30 and previous graduates, with emphasis on undergraduates and postgraduates who graduated this year and/or for two years. In principle, party member (including the preparation of party member), outstanding league cadres and outstanding student cadres from party member can also be selected. The Opinions on Long-term Mechanism issued this time emphasizes that outstanding college graduates with bachelor degree or above, party member status or having served as student cadres should be selected.
