Bochuan Library is divided into reader service area and international conference center. The service for readers is divided into five layers. There are 125 electronic reading room and 123 reader service department on the first floor, 2 13 electronic reading room and retrieval hall on the second floor, and 30 1 library, 307/library, 40 1 library and 406/library for Chinese books on the third to fifth floors. There is also a book borrowing and returning office where readers can borrow and return books in a unified way. The International Conference Center, with a building area of 2,000 square meters, has a central conference hall that can accommodate more than 300 people, a multi-function hall that can accommodate more than 100 people and four small conference rooms, which can receive all kinds of international and domestic conferences held inside and outside the school, so that Bochuan Library has the function of academic exchange.

The main part of Linxi Library is divided into six layers. The first floor is equipped with dense stacks, power distribution room, computer network room, fire pool, water pump room and other equipment rooms. There is a general service desk on the second floor, which provides borrowing and returning books and various consulting services, a reading area for literary periodicals and newspapers 20/kloc-0, and an electronic learning area 202. The third to sixth floors are large open-shelf reading rooms. Reading desks and chairs are arranged in well-lit areas, and network information service points are set in different positions of the reading room to facilitate readers to retrieve and obtain network resources.

The total collection of literature is about 2.7 million volumes. Form a multi-type, multi-language and multi-carrier collection system that focuses on science and engineering, taking into account social sciences, management and other disciplines. Among them, there are 458 Chinese books published in foreign languages, 0/810000 Chinese books published in foreign languages, 463,000 Chinese newspapers, 0/03 bound periodicals, more than 250,000 Chinese electronic books, 0/35,000 Chinese and foreign electronic papers and 508,335 Chinese and foreign electronic periodicals.
