1. If a teacher resigns, he/she must submit a written resignation report to his/her unit, which will be signed by the person in charge of the unit and sent to the Personnel Section of the District Education Bureau for approval.
2. The Personnel Section of the Education Bureau will submit the list of resignees to the office meeting of the Director of Education Bureau for discussion.
3. Resignation teachers must go through the personnel agency procedures at the district talent exchange center with the certificate of termination of employment contract within 30 days.
