Zhang Zhankui, male, Han nationality, party member, born in June, 1952, native of Chang 'an District, Xi City. /kloc-0 was drafted into the army in February 1969, and/kloc-0 joined the party in June 1970. He has served as a soldier, assistant, deputy section chief and section chief of the Fourth Aviation School of Shijiazhuang Air Force.
