Speech on the anniversary of Leida University: Today is the 30th anniversary of my alma mater, Wuhan University/KLOC-0. Here, I would like to extend my most sincere and warmest congratulations to my alma mater. Happy birthday to Wuhan University.

At the 9th Alumni Forum held by my alma mater, I was honored to be invited as a guest speaker again. I have always had an unforgettable love for my alma mater. What I have achieved today is inseparable from the cultivation of my alma mater. It was from Wuhan University that I embarked on the road of scientific and technological exploration.

It can be said that Wu Da shaped me, let me find my dream, learned the method of learning, and gave me the most precious wealth that I will never use in my life. Lei Jun's resume

Lei Jun, 1969, from Xiantao, Hubei. Influenced by the entrepreneurial story of Fire in Silicon Valley, Lei Jun started to establish Tricolor Company with his classmates Wang Quanguo and Li Ruxiong in the fourth year of college. At that time, the products were imitations of Kingsoft Hanka, but later, a bigger company appeared and pirated their products, which could make similar products in larger quantities and at lower prices.

In April of 20 10, Lei Jun co-founded Xiaomi Technology with Lin Bin, former vice president of Google China Engineering Research Institute, Zhou Guangping, former senior director of Motorola Beijing R&D Center, Liu De, former director of industrial design department of University of Science and Technology Beijing, Li Wanqiang, former general manager of Kingsoft, KK Wong, former development director of Microsoft China Engineering Institute, and Hongfeng, former senior product manager of Google China, and announced its own technology in August of 201kloc-0.
