Clayton University was originally a fictional swindler's school in Qian Zhongshu's novel Fortress Besieged, but now it has become a real event: some illegal foreign schools joined hands with domestic "black-hearted" intermediaries to play a double role in the study abroad market, taking advantage of the weakness of domestic students' ignorance of foreign education and taking the opportunity to fish in troubled waters to build a series of deceptive "besieged cities".
