The opening hours of campus visits are weekends, legal holidays and teachers' winter and summer vacations in our school (see the school announcement for specific dates). During the winter and summer vacations, every Monday is a campus rest day and is not open to the public. In case of off-campus classes, important activities or extreme weather, campus visits will be suspended.
Groups visiting the school must make an online appointment 3 ~ 15 days in advance, and enter the school from the northwest gate after approval; Individuals who come to visit the school must enter the school with their valid documents without making an appointment. Tsinghua University is an important teaching and scientific research unit, not a tourist attraction, and does not charge any institution or individual for visiting.
Those who come to the school beyond the scheduled time are deemed to have given up their qualification to visit the school automatically; If the school is closed due to suspension of classes, important activities or extreme weather, the reserved places on that day will automatically become invalid. Tsinghua University does not provide catering, accommodation, parking and other services for visiting groups and individuals, and it is forbidden for visiting vehicles to enter the school.
Each open day for group visits is divided into two periods: 9: 00 am-165438+0: 00 pm and14: 00 pm-16: 00 pm. Please make an appointment.

Teams visiting Tsinghua campus can make an online reservation at most 14 days in advance. When making an appointment, the teams of primary and secondary schools and educational administrative institutions shall provide the legal person certificates of primary and secondary schools, educational administrative institutions and co-organizers, scanned copies of official contact information, as well as the list of visiting students, team leaders and basic information of co-organizers. Organizers and co-organizers of the teams must ensure that the information provided is true, accurate and effective.
After the team visits and submits an appointment application, the system will conduct a preliminary review, and the staff will feedback the appointment results within one week after review; After the appointment is successful, the person in charge of the team will go from the dedicated channel of Tsinghua University Xindongmen (East Sanmen) with a letter of introduction stamped with the official seal of the school and all members with valid second-generation ID cards. After witness verification and security check, they will visit the school. After the visit, they will leave the school at the west gate exit.
Campus is divided into open area and non-open area. Students' dormitory areas, family areas and concentrated areas of teaching and scientific research places are not open to the public. Please follow the designated route under the guidance of the group tour guide. Without permission, you are not allowed to leave the team or enter indoor places such as teaching, office and scientific research.
Visitors must abide by social ethics, care for the campus environment, and abide by the relevant regulations of campus management, and must not interfere with the normal teaching, scientific research and life order of the school.
