Private missionary schools are the most famous, such as Soochow University Law School of Beiping Women's College, which enjoys a high reputation in law (teaching the Anglo-American legal system, basically taught by the judicial departments of Anglo-American diplomats, and its graduates are at least 80 years old, and all of them are the only remaining elites of Anglo-American law in China). Now Soochow University Law School in mainland Taiwan Province Province has been changed to Suzhou University.

Chaoyang University is a country that teaches civil law and Soochow University, and is known as the most famous law school in old China.
