Jimei University is a provincial multidisciplinary university in Fujian Province, a key construction university in Fujian Province, a university jointly established by the Ministry of Transport, the State Oceanic Administration and Fujian Province, a doctoral and master's degree awarding unit, and the first batch of pilot universities for the reform of the national education and training plan for outstanding talents in agriculture and forestry.
