Freshmen are required to bring their second-generation ID cards and the notice of admission (registration form) of overseas Chinese university graduate students to report at the time specified by the school. In addition, fresh graduates must also issue the original undergraduate diploma, and fresh graduates must also issue the original master's degree certificate before filling in.
Freshmen who are unable to report on time for some reason must have justified reasons and relevant certificates, and go through the written leave formalities at the Graduate Admissions Office of our school before August 26th, and the leave time generally does not exceed two weeks (the leave application form can be downloaded from the research recruitment network). Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
