Xinglin College of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, a national historical and cultural city known as "once the birthplace, the capital of two emperors" and "the eldest son of the country, the Oriental Ruhr, and the national equipment department". The school was founded by Liaoning University of Traditonal Chinese Medicine in July, 20001year. It is a provincial full-time undergraduate college (independent college) focusing on cultivating applied talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
Professional department:
At present, the school has five departments of Chinese medicine, combination, acupuncture and massage, nursing and pharmacy, and three teaching departments of ideological and political education, public education and English education, offering Chinese medicine, clinical medicine of Chinese and Western medicine, acupuncture and massage, rehabilitation treatment, nursing, Chinese medicine, pharmaceutical engineering, pharmaceutical affairs management, health service and management, medical inspection technology, medical imaging technology and stomatology technology.

The school won 5 teaching achievement awards in Liaoning Province, 20 educational reform projects of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, 3 provincial education planning projects and 1 project of provincial social science fund. There are 9 double-innovation projects of Shenyang Municipal Education Commission, 3 special topics of ideological and political education for college students, 7 special topics of China Private Education Association and Liaoning Private Education Association 1 1.
Three teachers won the second prize in Liaoning Undergraduate Teaching Innovation Competition, and six teachers won the third prize. Over the years, the admission rate of medical graduates has remained above 20%; In 2023, there were 249 medical graduates who passed the national postgraduate examination, and the passing rate was close to 30%.
