1994, Yingkou Teachers College was renamed Yingkou Teachers College; Yingkou Preschool Normal School 1983, and Yingkou No.15 Middle School was transformed into Yingkou Preschool Normal School; Yingkou Higher Vocational College 1983, founded by Yingkou University (College);

1990, Yingkou University (College) and Liaoning Radio and TV University Yingkou Branch (Joint Office) merged to form Yingkou Higher Vocational College; Yingkou Branch of Liaoning Radio and TV University (Liaison Office) 1979, Liaoning Radio and TV University (Yingkou Workstation) was established;

1980, Liaoning Radio and TV University (Yingkou Workstation) was renamed as Yingkou Branch of Liaoning Radio and TV University (joint office); Liaoning Special Education Normal School 1986, Liaoning Special Education Normal School was established (joint office); Liaoning Institute of Labor Transportation 1985, Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions Cadre School was upgraded to Liaoning Institute of Labor Transportation (Yingkou Branch); Yingkou Vocational and Technical College In 2000, Yingkou Vocational and Technical College, Yingkou Higher Vocational College, Liaoning Radio and TV University Yingkou Branch (jointly run), Liaoning Special Education Normal School, Yingkou Preschool Normal School, and Liaoning Gongyun College (Yingkou Branch) merged to form Yingkou Vocational and Technical College;

In 2002, Yingkou Institute of Electronic Technology was merged into Yingkou Vocational and Technical College;

In June 2006, the school was awarded the title of advanced collective of provincial vocational education;

In March, 20 15, the school was rated as an advanced unit for the creation of spiritual civilization in Liaoning Province.
