Universities should all be the same. You should stay at school for a while. After half a year, I guess I can go out. It will be very troublesome if you check out. You have to explain to the school why you want to check out, you have to know where you want to live if you don't live at school, and so on. If you don't check out and pay the dormitory fee, you won't have to bother. You go straight, nobody cares. When the time comes, take care of a dormitory and tell the dormitory inspector that you want to go home or something.
