2. Sue is the pioneer of archaeological education in Chinese universities. He led the establishment of the first archaeology major in China-the archaeology major of Peking University History Department. Long-term responsibility for professional teaching, scientific research, field practice and training of young teachers, with outstanding achievements. After the establishment of the Department of Archaeology and the Institute of Archaeology and Culture in Peking University, they continued to give guidance and help. He doesn't teach or learn, but enjoys learning. Many archaeologists all over the country have received his guidance and help. He devoted his whole life to improving the level of archaeological research and making China archaeology go global. His lofty demeanor is widely respected by academic circles and he is our forever mentor.
