(1) application conditions

After graduation, fresh graduates who work and start businesses in the urban areas of Wuxi (Liangxi District, Xishan District, Huishan District, Binhu District, Wuxin District and Economic Development Zone, the same below) can rent houses at their own expense and register their houses. If they meet one of the following conditions, they can apply for rental subsidies.

1. Ordinary college graduates with bachelor degree or above (including overseas students, graduates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) who have introduced and paid the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees (including social insurance introduced and paid in tin research institutes) and obtained corresponding degrees, or graduates from vocational colleges (including technical colleges) who have obtained the professional qualification of technicians (Grade II) or above.

2. Top 20 overseas students (excluding Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools) who have been introduced and paid social insurance by the world's top universities or various employers (excluding administrative units that implement or refer to the civil service system).

(2) Subsidy standards

Undergraduate (technician) 1 10,000 per year, master10.5 million per year, doctor/20,000 per year, and accumulated support for two years. Overseas students who are ranked in the top 100 universities or the top 20 disciplines in the world will be supported for 3 years according to the above standards.

(3) Application materials

(1) Graduation certificate and degree certificate (for overseas academic degrees, provide the certification report issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and provide vocational qualification certificates for graduates of vocational colleges (including technical colleges) that have obtained professional qualifications of technicians or above;

(2) Housing lease registration certificate;

(3) The Letter of Commitment on the Integrity of Wuxi Outstanding College Students' Financial Aid Declaration signed by the applicant himself.

Precautions:

1. The rental subsidy must be applied within 2 years after graduation, and received within 4 years after the initial application, and will not be paid after the deadline. Applicants who have applied for housing subsidies or other municipal housing subsidies will no longer receive rental subsidies.

2. The rental behavior is confirmed on the basis of the rental registration certificate, and the applicant who originally enjoyed the rental subsidy does not need to renew the rental invoice after the expiration.

3. If the college students' housing lease registration expires and fail to provide a new housing lease registration certificate in time, the rental subsidy for the month in which the lease registration was not carried out will be suspended until the new housing lease registration certificate is re-uploaded and reviewed.
