1, the origin of the college
The Media Convergence College of Kaifeng Institute of Technology in Henan Province was established on the basis of the former Media College of Minsheng College of Henan University. The college's broadcasting and hosting art major was founded in 2005, and the radio and television director major was founded in 2009. It is one of the earliest universities in the province to offer art undergraduate majors.
2. Discipline construction
Relying on the school-running philosophy and talent advantages of Henan University, a century-old famous school, and Henan Daily Newspaper Group, a media leader in the province, the college has two undergraduate majors: broadcasting and hosting, and radio and television director.
3. Teaching environment
At present, it has teaching and training facilities such as digital studio, media integration center, high-definition editing room, photography training room, professional recording studio, digital workstation, music and physical training center. And the film and television shooting and production equipment such as 4K camera, drone camera, moving track, digital on-site tape recorder has been added, which effectively guarantees the basic needs of teachers and students in various majors in teaching and training.
