Scoring rules for activities

I. Scoring criteria

1. Public welfare: All participating projects must have clear public welfare goals and be separated from other utilitarian gains and losses.

2. Innovation: Innovation here includes two aspects: one is aimed at some public welfare directions that have not been paid enough attention before, and the other is public welfare behaviors that have not been practiced before, including the expansion, evolution and innovation of existing public welfare behaviors.
