The Central Academy of Fine Arts (Sino-French) School of Art and Design Management (hereinafter referred to as "Chinese Law School") is a Chinese-foreign cooperative education institution of the Central Academy of Fine Arts approved by the Ministry of Education. China Law School is the only cultural and educational cooperation project witnessed by the two prime ministers in the Great Hall of the People on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France on 20 15. Approved by the Ministry of Education, China Law School is located in Shanghai. The campus is located in Shanghai Lingang Free Trade Zone, covering an area of 263 mu and a school building area of 40,000 square meters. The campus is located in the second ring road of Lingang main city, close to Dishui Lake, and the natural environment is extremely beautiful. The first phase of the main teaching building consists of five related buildings, covering an area of nearly1.5000 square meters. It is a comprehensive building integrating teaching, art gallery exhibition and art library. The second phase project is under construction.
In 2020, China Law School will recruit students for the whole country and accept both arts and sciences. Candidates are welcome to apply.
Second, the academic system, degree and training methods
1. The academic system of China Law School is four years, and the curriculum is a dual-degree course in China and France. Students who have completed all the courses and passed the examination can get a bachelor's degree from a French university after the third academic year. Upon the expiration of the fourth academic year, those who pass the examination will be awarded the graduation certificate of the Central Academy of Fine Arts; Those who meet the conditions for degree granting will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the bachelor's degree certificate of France.
2. Students can apply to study at Kai IQ College in France in the third academic year. Studying in France requires considerable French communication skills. Students who have not applied to study in France are still studying in the Shanghai campus and get the same diploma and double degree certificate as those who study in France.
3. China Law School will offer specialized English and French courses to help students adapt to the specialized courses taught in English or French in French universities.
Law schools in China use Chinese, English and French as teaching materials. Chinese courses (including public courses prescribed by the state) account for about 60%, and foreign language courses (all professional courses) account for 40%.
5. According to the agreement of Sino-French Cooperation College of China Law School, students of China Law School can directly apply for the second-year postgraduate courses in Sorbonne University or Kay IQ College with different majors in the fifth year after obtaining the undergraduate diplomas and double-degree diplomas from both parties in the fourth year, and the second-year postgraduate courses (M2) need to be studied, assessed and written in English or French. Postgraduates who complete the second-year course and pass the thesis can get a master's degree from the French cooperative university.
6. Students who apply for the qualification of the second-year postgraduate course of the French Cooperative University are no longer registered students of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and will go through the formalities of studying abroad in accordance with the relevant regulations of the French University and the People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC).
Three. Enrollment plan and tuition fees in 2020

2. The tuition fee is 45,000 yuan/academic year.
3. After entering the school, students will study in the Shanghai campus in the first and second academic years, and in the third academic year, students will choose to study in the Shanghai campus or French cooperative colleges voluntarily. If you choose to study in Shanghai campus in the third year, the tuition fee will still be charged at 45,000 yuan/academic year; If you apply to study in France in the third academic year, the tuition fee should be paid according to the undergraduate fee standard of the applied French university.
4. Students who choose to study in France in the third year of undergraduate course should take care of their overseas expenses, travel expenses and living expenses.
5. In the fifth year, students who go to French universities to study the second-year postgraduate courses will pay tuition fees separately according to the fees charged by French universities for postgraduate students, which belongs to the master's through train project and has nothing to do with the undergraduate enrollment fees of our university.
