Teachers' sense of service is the product of social development and an educational concept that adapts to the socialist market economic system. Teachers in the new era must change their ideas, strive to improve their sense of service and become professional educational service providers. Based on the concept and necessity of teachers' service consciousness, this paper puts forward the methods and ways to improve teachers' service consciousness.
With the deepening of the "people-oriented" educational concept, education has become a kind of service and a special spiritual service. Teachers are educators. Now, as a service provider, like other service industry practitioners, if you want to bring pleasure to customers, it requires teachers to change their identities.
"Teachers' service consciousness" refers to a way of thinking in which teachers scientifically and systematically understand, respect and satisfy students' educational consumption (that is, learning needs) in order to better achieve educational and teaching goals and implement educational and teaching plans. It is also a kind of thinking concept of "preaching, teaching and solving doubts".
First, teachers need to improve service awareness
In schools, not only teachers are service providers, but also logistics workers and leading cadres. To retain and attract students, the most important thing is to make students feel that teachers and schools are very concerned about their needs. Teachers will provide excellent service and students will like you. The needs of students are not static, so in order to meet different needs, teachers should constantly improve their services. Providing quality service is a continuous challenge, not a one-day or two-day thing, and it needs strong will to support it, not to give up halfway. Students will learn because of your excellent service, and the school will get better development because of your excellent service.
Second, teachers to improve service awareness of ways and means
Education service is a complex social service activity, which requires high professional knowledge of service providers.
