2. Examination adjustment procedures: 1. Transfer Examination in Guangdong Province (Admission Ticket for Joint Examination): Candidates who hold the admission ticket for Guangdong Higher Education Self-study Examination can apply for the examination with the existing admission ticket, without going through the formalities of transfer examination or major changes due to job transfer, family relocation and other reasons. Candidates who hold two or more admission ticket numbers of Guangdong Higher Education Self-study Examination to take the self-study examination in our province need to go through the merger procedures of admission ticket numbers, and transfer the qualified scores of each course of one admission ticket number (the source admission ticket number refers to the one that is no longer used) to another admission ticket number (the destination admission ticket number refers to the one that continues to be used), and only need to use the latter admission ticket number (the transferred admission ticket number) to take the examination in the future. The processing steps are as follows: (1)
Candidates log in to the "examinee entrance" of Guangdong self-taught examination management system, and submit the application for the combined admission ticket through the application function of the system examination management module. The system compares candidates' images and admission ticket information with authoritative channels such as public security department population database. Those who pass the verification can directly enter the audit link of the provincial examination office, and candidates do not need to submit materials on the spot; If the verification fails, candidates must still submit the original and photocopy of their ID card to the Academic Affairs Office of the Open College (the source admission ticket number, destination admission ticket number, mobile phone number and provincial system password are accurately marked on the upper right of the ID card copy), and follow the process (Guangzhou is the place where the system is applicable). Due to the examination, it is also necessary to submit the form in Annex 2. (2) The Open College collects candidates' materials, signs opinions and seals on the photocopies, and returns the originals to the candidates. The Municipal Examination Office proofreads the candidates' materials, proofreads the basic information of the two admission tickets (including name, gender, date of birth, ID number and photo), signs opinions and seals on the copies, and then prints the combined admission ticket number audit form and the candidates' related materials and submits them to the Provincial Examination Office. (4) After the provincial examination, the written test results will not be returned, and the candidates will query the test results through the system. (5)
After candidates apply for the combined admission ticket number, all the scores recorded in the source admission ticket number will be transferred to the destination admission ticket number, and the original scores recorded in the destination admission ticket number will remain unchanged. The merged source admission ticket number can no longer be used, and candidates can no longer be used for registration or other business. (6) When applying for the combined admission ticket, if the source admission ticket has entered the unified examination and the entrusted examination or practice examination of the school, it is not allowed to apply for the combined admission ticket, otherwise the results after handling cannot be combined with the target admission ticket, and the consequences will be at your own risk. Remarks: If a candidate submitted a combined admission ticket application in the system before 1 17 (inclusive) in 2022, and it is still in the "application" state, please cancel the original application in the system first, and then submit the combined admission ticket application according to the above process. 2. Transfer from other provinces: Candidates from other provinces who need to take the self-study exam in our province and require their qualified course scores to take the self-study exam from other provinces should go through the transfer procedures of the exam files according to the following requirements. (1) requirements for electronic transfer examination (transfer-in): ① candidates should take a course or a course in our province, and then go through the transfer-out procedures from the original province after taking the record of their achievements in our province. (2) Candidates are not allowed to transfer during the period of suspension or suspension of graduation due to violation of relevant examination management regulations. (3) Candidates who have passed all the courses of a major can only go through the graduation formalities at the provincial examination office where they apply, and are not allowed to transfer. (4) The course passing grades obtained without examination shall not be transferred. Graduation thesis results are not transferable. (5) Transfer candidates to participate in the examination according to the professional examination plan announced by the provincial examination office, and the replacement relationship between the original examination qualified courses and the current examination courses shall be implemented according to the relevant documents of the provincial examination office. ⑥ Transfer candidates should have obtained not less than 5 specialties and not less than 4 undergraduate courses in our province before going through the graduation formalities in our province. ⑦ Our province does not handle the transfer of course scores in practical link assessment. To apply for graduation in our province, you must obtain qualified results in the practical examination of the corresponding major in the examiner's college. Candidates who need to use the practice link of the province to assess the course results can contact the examiner colleges of the reported major with relevant materials. (2) Electronic transfer (transfer) procedures: ① Candidates should go through the registration procedures according to the requirements of new students and receive the admission ticket for the self-study examination of higher education in our province. (2) Candidates are required to transfer in March 1-25 and September 1-25 in the first half of each year. (3) Candidates log in to the system and query the foreign file number through the foreign file adjustment function in the examination registration and adjustment exemption management module. If the foreign file number is found, and the foreign file number is after 09000077, the candidate submits an application for file transfer in the system, and the system will check the image collection with the candidate information database, and compare the image with authoritative channels such as the population database of the public security department by means of informationization. Those who pass the verification can directly enter the audit link of the provincial examination office, and candidates do not need to submit materials on the spot; If the verification fails, candidates need to print the Registration Form for Transfer of Higher Education Self-study Examination on both sides and sign it for confirmation; Then submit the registration form and the original and photocopy of the ID card to the Academic Affairs Office, and indicate the foreign file number of the examination file sent by the provincial examination office on the photocopy (the destination admission ticket number and foreign file number are accurately marked on the photocopy of the ID card). ④ The personal basic information recorded by candidates in our province (including name, gender, date of birth and ID number) must be consistent with the personal information recorded in the transferred province. If there is any change, relevant certificates issued by the police station shall be provided. ⑤ After the Open College collects and verifies the candidates' materials, it signs the opinions and seals the photocopies, and the originals are returned to the candidates. Then report the candidates' materials to the municipal examination office. After verifying the candidates' materials, the Municipal Kaoban will enter the candidates' admission ticket number in our province through the system's examination records and the function of transferring to other provinces in the exemption management module, sign the opinions on the copy and affix the official seal, and submit the candidates' materials and the Registration Form for Transferring Higher Education Self-study Examination to Other Provinces to the Provincial Kaoban before March 3/KLOC-0 in the first half of each year and September 30 in the second half of each year. 6. After the provincial examination, the written test results will not be returned, and candidates can check the test results through the system. Candidates who pass the exam can use the graduation prediction function of the system to query the courses that need to be passed in this major. (3) Procedure for shifting (shifting) files from the original machine: If candidates send paper examination files in a confidential form before shifting (shifting) file 20151kloc-0/,that is, the foreign file number is before 09000077 (inclusive), the above-mentioned electronic shifting (shifting) file/kl shall be applied.
