Abstract: The present situation of vocational education is mixed. While some achievements have been made, there are also some misunderstandings in the management concept and management concept of vocational education, which restricts the development of vocational education. Based on the analysis of the current situation of vocational education in China, this paper puts forward the idea of survival and development of vocational education.

With the rapid development of science and technology, it is difficult for China to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce international competition, and it is also difficult to try to catch up with or surpass the development level of developed countries by learning the technology and experience of other countries. Therefore, we need to develop education, especially vocational education, to cultivate a large number of high-quality workers with continuous innovation ability, so that the country has great potential to develop knowledge economy. The rise of knowledge economy not only provides a good opportunity for the development of vocational education, but also makes China's vocational education face great challenges. Therefore, facing the development of today's knowledge economy, it is of great practical significance to master the theory and laws of knowledge economy and study the reform and development of vocational education.

However, for a long time, there has always been a thought and consciousness of belittling vocational education in society and even in education, and vocational education in China has always been at a disadvantage compared with general education.

Looking at the current situation of vocational education in China, we can easily find that the employment problem seriously affects the benign development of vocational education. Therefore, it is particularly important to construct a benign mechanism of vocational education and employment guidance, which is a win-win strategic measure for both schools and enterprises to strengthen cooperation, jointly develop professional human resources and achieve mutually beneficial development under the premise of employment marketization in recent years. At the same time, it is also a beneficial attempt and exploration for vocational schools to actively adapt to market demand, actively explore practical teaching channels, improve the training specifications of practical talents, expand employment channels for graduates and realize diversification of school-running methods. How can vocational education improve the employment rate and survive and develop under the tide of market economy? The author puts forward his own ideas as follows.

First, face the market and realize the renewal of employment concept.

The core of the new concept of employment is not only for employment, but also to urge schools and enterprises to pay more attention to and develop human resources at the level of vocational schools. Under the condition of market economy, graduates can not only be regarded as the "products" of schools, but more importantly, they should become the ties and bridges between schools and enterprises. People-oriented mutual benefit has become the greatest mutual benefit of school-enterprise cooperation. In the employment guidance mechanism, the "internship-employment" mode is one of the most effective forms of combining production with learning. Students in vocational schools can achieve employment at the same time through internships in enterprises, avoiding the waste of resources in the middle of education and production. Therefore, the concern and development of professional human resources must be the common concern of schools and enterprises, and it is also the fundamental foothold of school employment guidance.

Secondly, we should strive to adapt to the needs of the market economy and cultivate the sense of competition and innovative ideas. The practice process of students' "internship-employment" is an integrated employment guidance mode, which embodies the mutual benefit and common desire of schools and enterprises, but its behavior is regulated by market mechanism. Whether the school and enterprise can become good and stable partners depends not only on their wishes, but also on their mutual strength and conditions. On the one hand, only by improving the quality of education, improving the level of running schools and adapting outstanding graduates to the post requirements of enterprises can schools win the favor of enterprises; On the other hand, enterprises must have a good social reputation, a good working environment, remarkable economic benefits and a scientific employment mechanism in order to win the trust of schools and accept a large number of students' internships and employment.

At the same time, we must realize that employment guidance is not the work of a few people, but the participation of all teachers and students. Employment guidance is not only related to graduates, but also should run through the whole process of vocational education, because although the success of employment guidance lies in the effective cooperation between schools and enterprises, the key to success lies in the efforts of schools in facing the market, deepening educational reform and comprehensively improving the quality of education.

Two, in the construction of employment guidance mechanism, we must take students as the main body and standardize honesty.

The main body of employment is students. When schools carry out employment guidance, they should not simply make a career introduction, but work hard on career guidance and entrepreneurship education. It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish. In the guidance, students should understand society, occupation and self. It is necessary to educate students to establish the idea of "employment first, then choosing a job, then starting a business" and form a new concept of people-oriented.

Strictly regulate the principle of "excellent students recommend, poor students recommend slowly". In the process of recommending graduates, the head teacher of the school and the Education Office will comprehensively evaluate the graduates, give priority to recommending outstanding graduates and student cadres, and arrange them to work units suitable for their characteristics as far as possible.

At the same time, parents and graduates should be actively encouraged to choose their own jobs within the specified time, because encouraging students to choose their own jobs and start their own businesses and tolerating the setbacks they have experienced is also a concrete embodiment of taking students as the main body. Employment is a school-wide job, involving all walks of life, contacting thousands of families, schools, society and families, and all parties have the responsibility to participate and support. As an organizer, schools should mobilize students' families and corresponding social relations, mobilize enterprises and other forces, promote the joint efforts of many parties, and form a social environment conducive to the employment of vocational education students. Only with the active participation and efforts of the majority of students can the school give full play to its role as a channel for owners.

Third, strive to create a fair and competitive external employment environment in terms of employment guidance objectives.

The goal of employment guidance must not stop at how many jobs are solved, but should create a fair and competitive employment environment. On the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen the prediction of local economic structure and talent demand, understand the requirements of employers for talent level, specialty and specification in a certain period, and solicit their demand intentions for graduates; On the other hand, it is necessary to widely publicize the specialties, specifications and skills advantages, school conditions and educational achievements of vocational schools, and gradually establish a network system of market monitoring, trend analysis, unit contact and state tracking, so that graduates can actively participate in the external employment environment and take up jobs through fair competition and "two-way choice". Strengthening the follow-up management of graduates' orientation practice is also the key to realize the subjectivity of school employment guidance. This work mainly starts from the following five aspects:

(1) Comprehensive orientation practice, strengthen the education of graduates' correct outlook on occupation and labor.

(2) Through practice, help students understand the characteristics of factory production, division of labor and market economy, as well as the requirements of modern enterprise job groups for workers;

(3) In practice management, it is necessary to enhance students' practical ability, develop students' vocational adaptability, and gradually carry out "wide professional practice" to lay the foundation for interns' entrepreneurship and development after graduation;

(4) Assist the employer to give feedback and evaluation to students in terms of ideological quality, professional ethics and professional skills. To teach students in accordance with their aptitude;

(5) Through off-campus practice, feedback the problems existing in education and teaching, and gradually improve and perfect school work, so as to improve the graduation level of graduates and enhance their ability to participate in fair competition.

With China's entry into WTO, new changes will take place in the quality, requirements and talent structure of enterprises. Vocational educators must assess the situation, study the new situation of market demand in time, further do a good job in employment guidance, adapt to the needs of social and economic development, and make vocational education win new development in new opportunities.
