I study teaching materials and teaching methods carefully, consult experienced math teachers with an open mind, prepare lessons carefully and talk about every knowledge point. I often skip breakfast and have four classes. Two classes 100 students. More than 100 homework should be corrected in each exercise, and more than 100 test papers should be corrected in each exam. I have to grade more than 20 sets of student papers every semester, so I often work late into the night. I believe: as long as you work hard, the iron pestle is ground into a needle. In teaching, what I do is to sharpen the needle with an iron pestle. Heaven rewards diligence, and the class I teach ranks first and second among the six classes in the class every semester. She listened to me very much, changed her mind and studied hard, not just asking, it was completely different from before. Her parents are old, and they still work outside all the year round to earn money for her to go to school. They didn't have time to take care of her life, so I asked her to stay with me at the weekend.
