4. Meet the academic requirements stipulated in the Teacher Law.

(1) Kindergarten teachers should have graduated from Kindergarten Normal School or above.

(2) Primary school teachers should have graduated from secondary normal schools or above.

(3) Junior high school teachers should have a teacher's college degree or above.

(4) Teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools should have a bachelor's degree or above from a normal university.

(5) The qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school shall be a graduate of a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate worker or above.

Two, candidates should be registered in the city and state where the household registration, student status or residence permit is applied. Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, their first-year students before graduation, and full-time graduate students can sign up for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers at their places of study.

Three, revoked the qualification of teachers, shall not sign up for the exam within 5 years; Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination. If there is cheating in the teacher qualification examination, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination (Decree No.33 of the Ministry of Education).
