Job responsibilities:
1, managing the daily affairs of the trade union;
2, preparation and organization of enterprise workers' congress, handle the matters assigned by the workers' congress;
3. Use and management of trade union seals;
4. Receiving, distributing, managing, supervising and filing the documents of the superior trade union;
5 trade union membership statistics, membership fee collection, management and use, and receiving new members;
6. Responsible for organizing employees' cultural and sports activities to enrich employees' lives;
7, in-depth understanding of employees' ideological trends, reflect employees' voices to relevant leaders, and safeguard employees' rights and interests;
8, do a good job in employee's illness, injury and disability condolences and related matters;
9. Do a good job of helping employees with difficulties;
10, do a good job in appraising and commending advanced collectives and individuals;
1 1. To draft plans, summaries, reports, meetings and other materials of various trade union work.
