The evaluation of research process involves three stages: research preparation, research implementation and research summary, which is an evaluation of all links from the determination of research questions, research design to data collection and analysis, the formation of scientific facts and the conclusion of scientific theories.
(3) Evaluation of educational scientific research achievements. That is, to evaluate the overall benefits achieved. The appraisal of educational research results depends on whether it is theoretical, academic, creative, practical and beneficial after the goal is achieved. Educational scientific research achievements are generally divided into two basic types: theoretical research achievements and applied research achievements, and the evaluation emphasis of different types of research achievements is different.
(4) Evaluation of educational and scientific research conditions. The essence of conditional evaluation is benefit evaluation. Conditions include human and material resources, such as the level of teachers, students, school equipment and so on.
