Hebei Communications Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary college affiliated to the Education Department of Hebei Province. It is a national high-quality vocational college and a national typical experience college of innovation and entrepreneurship. It is located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.

2021June College official website shows that the school has three campuses, namely Zhujiang Avenue in Shijiazhuang, Youyi Avenue in Hexi District of Tianjin and Heiniucheng Road, covering an area of 684.2 mu, with a total construction area of 2 1.55 million square meters. Road and Bridge Engineering Department, Automobile Engineering Department, Logistics Management Department and other 6 departments and 2 departments 1 branches, with 52 enrollment majors and 520 faculty members. Founded in 1956, the school has undergone six changes: Shijiazhuang Highway Engineering School, Hebei Jiaotong University and Hebei Jiaotong School.
