Zheng Qi, the chief invited teacher of education, holds the first bachelor's degree, majoring in sociology at Fudan University, and holds an in-service postgraduate degree at the Party School, giving lectures on job application and civil servant interview courses. After graduation, I worked in news, party and government organs, institutions and other positions, engaged in civil service recruitment consultation and interview judges for many years, and had close communication and exchanges with most interview propositioners and examiners in the province. He is committed to studying the rules and characteristics of structured interviews and is familiar with interview scoring standards. Aiming at the weak links in the interview of candidates, this paper studies and summarizes a set of effective interview skills and methods, which can help candidates improve their interview practice ability quickly in a short time. His interview counseling has created a pass rate of 100% in Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and other places, which is rare in the industry. He firmly believes that the interview is a live interpretation of strengths and weaknesses, giving full play to personality and meeting requirements. He has rich practical experience in interviewing and is good at cultivating students' free and independent personality and sentiment from literature, philosophy and history. He teaches students from the central office to village officials all over the country.
