Jiangsu Huarui Technical School is public. Jiangsu Huarui Technical School is a public technical school and a national key vocational school. Jiangsu Huarui Technical School, founded in 1985, was awarded the title of provincial key technical school by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government in 1996. In order to meet the needs of reform and opening up and the development of market economy, in September 2004, with the approval of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security, it was renamed as Jiangsu Huarui Technical School, and was allowed to enroll students nationwide.
