Opinions and suggestions on school development
Thank the school for educating and cultivating children. You have worked hard! I feel at ease that my children are studying there, but as parents of students, I want to give some suggestions to the school:

(1) It is expected that the school library will be open to students for a long time, so that children can enter the library to choose books in person. Winter and summer vacations are good opportunities for students to study. It is hoped that the teacher will recommend the necessary bibliography to the students and evaluate their reading scores. The results of reading should be displayed on a platform. If possible, can we hold a special reading festival every year?

(2) It is expected that the school will have a special sports festival and art festival every academic year, in which every child can show his talents. I also expect that the daily physical exercise can really be put in place and form the habit of getting up early and running and taking a walk after meals. It is expected that the school can consciously and often play some elegant music works by radio, not just some pop songs.

(3) I hope the school can keep students' grades secret, and don't queue up in the whole class, because each child's talent is different. No matter how hard some children work, the effect may not be good, and they don't expect to compare one child with another.

(4) I hope that the school will try to make the class smaller, and the class size should not exceed 40. In a class of more than 40 students, it is difficult for teachers to maintain discipline, let alone let every child get enough attention. If possible, a class with fewer than 25 students is ideal.

(5) I hope the school will limit the teacher's explanation time to no more than fifteen minutes, because learning can't be completed by listening. Without hands-on practice, experiments, full discussion and communication, knowledge cannot be truly mastered and potential cannot be truly improved.

The personality of rural schools is beneficial, which is conducive to cultivating students' habit of using their hands and brains, cultivating students' awareness of independent cooperation and inquiry, and improving students' grades. It is expected that the school can promote it among teachers and fully implement the Dulangkou model if possible.

(6) I hope the school can pay attention to the psychological changes of junior high school students. There are many hands in the seventh grade, not too many in the eighth grade, and no hands at all in the ninth grade. What is the reason? Besides students' psychological variation, should teachers' teaching behavior bear the necessary responsibility for this phenomenon? I hope the school will take this issue as a research topic for all teachers.
