The Education Bureau is in charge of the construction of the national team of teachers and educational administrative cadres, the qualification certification of primary and secondary school principals, and participation in the formulation of policies and rules related to personnel management in the national education system.

In terms of the affiliation, administration and business management of the school, under normal circumstances, the education and teaching, educational principles and policies, supervision and guidance of education and teaching of the school are exclusively and comprehensively managed by the Education Bureau of the local government.
